I signed up on your webpage for a USPS account so I could
Purchase postage and what not. Well after providing my phone number
(Which I NEVER DO OR HAVE DONE), only because it said I have to, I’ve been getting
Multiple Telemarketing calls daily. This has NEVER happen before I provided
My number to you on our website. I’ve called your toll free number only to wait what felt like years to speak with someone and twice I’ve been disconnected without talking to anyone . The other time I waited 2 hours and was told you were “closed” and had to call back. I WAITED 2 hours!!!! I need someone to call me ASAP, pref a supervisor or someone from your IT DEPT. I will go out and beyond to make this public. I will file law suites, complaints with the FCC, better business bureau, attorney general. I will not stop until you contact me and deal with this.

Do you really think the government gives a rat’s ass? These people are unaccountable bureaucrats putting in their time until they get their retirement check. Hell, some of them barely speak English.

You both are just angry people. You obviously are not keeping up with the latest and greatest news–the USPS now has 4 customer care centers in the U.S. Sadly the wait time has been lengthy and we are trying to reduce that time. All good things take money and you may or may not be aware but the USPS is in a financial bind.

May I suggest you contact you congressman and complain to them about the inefficiency of the USPS. Complaining about the employees isn’t going to correct the problem because they aren’t the problem.

Postmaster General Patrick R. Donahoe is doing everything he can to make his crony Darrell Issa happy by doing what Issa wants which is to privatize the USPS. Then you really will have something to complain about.

If you’re going to demean someone at least have enough smarts to demean the people who as Ronald Reagan use to say are the deciders. That is not your letter carrier or the support staff that get your mail to your carrier.

        Use your heads.
