    I just spent so very much time on your website choosing two bouquets of flowers ,typing in the addresses and delivery dates, only to come to the pay page and I see that it is not two bouquets for the price of one as I had understood! This promo was in my email that I’d received. Please advise, ASAP, is this special going on where I get 2 bouquets for the price of one!?

    Worst flowers ever. My husband sent me a bouquet of roses and all the roses were falling apart, old looking and dries out. Seriously the worst and I would never recommend anyone to get flowers from bouqs!!

    I placed in order thinking of okay I saw the commercial must be a good place. I had put the wrong apartment number since these are for my grandmother who lives in California and I am in Arizona and they won’t change the apt number that they can’t do anything really ? That’s just ridiculous. And to only contact by email ? That even more ridiculous. Never again!

    Do not buy from this place. Customer service is awful (no phone number) and the flowers were wrong and they charged my credit card numerous times. Awful. Will never buy from again and will be notifying everyone in my Company to stay away.

    I HAVE DECIDED TO GIVE YOU GUYS A TRY AND THIS IS THE SERVICE I GET . I SPEND ALL THIS MONEY FOR SOME DAMN FLOWERS & MY GIRLFRIEND DID NOT RECEIVE THEM ON TIME . IT IS 5;36 AND IT SAYS THAT THE ITEMS IS STILL IN ROUTE . I MAKE SURE MENTION IT WAS HER WORK ADDRESS , SO THIS COULD ME PUT AS A PRIORITY .

    Paid for flowers that were promised to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. They never arrived, made me look like a liar and then they sent an email that they would be there on the 15th. A lot of good that does! Tried the “Customer service” 888 number and got a recording telling me to send an email. Sent an email stating that I want a refund and that they can keep their flowers. Guess we’ll see if they screw me over twice.

    Another victim from bouts.com. Sometimes I believe that there more haters than gooders (just made the word up, I think). I gave them a try and was disappointed like everyone else. You can’t do this to people. Do the right job or get out of the business. Ran to Wegmans today and got long stems in a glass vase(not a composited of I don’t know type of vase) for the same price and delivered them to her. She was smiling again. They shouldn’t be in business.

    BEWARE!!!!! STOP!
    Do not even consider this company. My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentine’s day and it is 2 days after valentine’s day and I still haven’t received my flowers. You can’t contact them by phone and they don’t reply to your email. I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and encourage everyone else to do the same.

    I can’t believe how terrible my now 2nd experience with Bouqs has been. No customer service whatsoever! Your phone support is non existent. And now this evening I received an email that my order has been cancelled. No reason given whatsoever. I placed this order 2 weeks ago so it would arrive in time for my birthday. Now 3 days from birthday this bouquet I had been looking forward to receiving will not be arriving! I’m not sure how you stay in business. I will never order (or attempt to) order from you again. And will pass on my negative review to others. Unbelievable! Also, based on previous comments I’m guessing you guys are doomed!

    BEWARE!! Received a bouquet with twenty four lily bud among owes and filler. Only two lilies bloomed. Contacted this company and they have poor customer service. Told me the lilies were all not suppose to bloom. They are a filler. Really?? Two lilies out of 24 bloomed. Never would ever recommend this company!

    Wish I would have seen this site before ordering subscriptions. This has been the worst on line shopping expwrience ever!! No response, no delivery options for subscriptions, absolutely ZERO customer service!! No one replies to the emails and with no phone service…customers get screwed over and over.

    Really don’t understand all the negativity in these comments! My daughter has ordered twice from Colorado to me in Minnesota. Each time the flowers have been absolutely exquisite, fresh and long lasting, and delivered on time! As a professional floral designer with over 40 years of experience, I do not give praise lightly.     I have never received such ugly looking flowers. They arrived looking dead . The buds fell off as I unwrapped them.They looked nothing like any of the pictures on the website. In addition the amount of flowers were sparse. They were sent as a gift. I called my children and told them not to pay the bill. The customer service phone call was quite unsatisfactory. I was told to send a picture of these dead flowers to them as though I was lying about the condition of these pathetic flowers.Very disappointed in my Mother’s Day arrangement!

    Very Very disappointing. I wanted to call them but good luck finding their customer service number. Roses came without any water or moisture on their stems. Rose petals were falling off or crushed in the box. Very poor quality and based on there lack of availability to communicate I would NEVER use them or recommend them.

    Monday 15th May my flowers arrived, three bunches of dead whatever.
    Your company listed the wrong zip code. The flowers went to Ocala, Apopka,
    Fed Ex had Saturday delivery Priority Overnight .

    I was appalled at the condition of the two bouquets my daughter sent us for my husband’s birthday and for mother’s day. Slimy water, faded colors, broken stems, horrible scent (decay). A bouquet credit?! Why would I ever want to shop here again? I would like my daughter to receive a full refund. She would have done better to pay a neighbor child $10 to pick some weeds in the back yard and hand them to us. At least they would be fresh!

    my recipient never got her flowers and then they tried issuing me a gift card refund instead of giving me an actual refund. The customer service was terrible and I will dispute the charged with my bank since this is actually fraud! They sent me a delivery confirmation email and then when I tracked the package it showed the driver could not locate the address? It was the correct address and no other flower company has ever has issues locating this address … anyway never going to use them again
