    Dear Customer service team,
    I bought my new LG G3 in August 2014 brand new with the LG warranty. Since day 1 I had minimal issues like the speakers and some freezing. By January, I couldn’t use it anymore as screen freezing became repetitive several times per hour. In addition to the freezing, they were a lot of other issues, like no contact displayed in the contact screen, phone switching off…
    I dropped my phone to the LG customer care in Lebanon, it took them 3 days to reset the software. As per them, it was a software issue and they had difficulties fixing the phone.
    I got my LG back and since day 1 same issues came up. The week after I dropped my phone back to the LG customer service. They just told me to leave it and they will call back. I got a call the second day to pick it up.
    First, they had reset the phone without telling me. When I asked what was the issue, first reason was ” misuse of application. When I asked what was the application misused as I had only downloaded watsapp and Facebook, the person went again to ask the technician and came with another reason ” we forgot to add 4 files for the software reset”. I asked to talk to the technician or someone who could clearly explain what was wrong with the phone, I got an answer that you can’t talk to the technician and I told you what was the issue. And clearly the man talking to me had NO CLUE about customer service, or LG products or about what he was talking about.
    I called the call center and left a complaint and no one called back.
    I need to know what is wrong with my phone and need to talk to someone who clearly knows about LG phones. The software was reset twice in 1 week. The phone is brand new with the company warranty.
