    I am a long time customer of Leslie pool . I am not sure how you can receive so much complaints & do not take any action! I am sure your revenue will go much higher if Leslie take action s clean up bad apples & make the employees more compassionate & caring .
    My nam is Behjat Baha . This is two weeks that manager of service department Mr. Cameron Novak is playing game with me. He did that last year as well & I see that there are many complaints against him on line but higher management is not doing anything about him. He is getting to the point that there is no way any one would be able to talk to him. He yells, he is angry, he is like frustrated & nasty! He makes assumptions that people do not want to pay or I am not sure what it goes to this man’s head! I request a specific service man the department custom service schedule the person then he refuse to send him over . This is done two times so far! He thinks he owns the company & will do as he wish!
    I am giving him one more chance after that I will talk to my attorney to take care of this mass. My pool is in a bad shap . We can not run it because the buster is acting up! According to Mr . Novak it need to stay that way for three more weeks because he send the service man we were scheduled wit to Oklohama knowing he had an appointment here in Plano TX.
    This man is difficult to deal with. Please higher some one who is good with customers , more companionate wit customers.
    This is the second complaint I am sending within a two weeks & I had no response so far.

    I have been in contact with a very obnoxious and ill informed manager at your Matthews, NC store. I believe his name is Tyler. I purchased your product on line (and I noticed his demeanor change). That notwithstanding, he told me that I had to go back to where I purchased the product (Amazon). That is clearly not the protocol for servicing. According to Polaris (Zodiac), Tyler should have performed a diagnosis and then contact the manufacturer. This is according to the Polaris customer service folks.

    Tyler informed me that he contacted Polaris and learned that my product is from 2013 (suggesting its out of warranty) and that it’s not registered. I knew both statement were false. I provided my serial number and Zodiac’s account ID for my item.

    He is not asking for proof of purchase. Why? I didn’t purchase it from Leslie’s pools. Polaris/Zodiac clearly has my product and purchase on file for Jan 28, 2018.

    Tyler then wanted to let me know what he’s talking about by stating; “I have an MBA”. So, I let him know that I have a PhD (and proudly published).

    Tyler is a very poor representation of your company. If this matter is not remediated, I will be make all of my ‘other’ purchases elsewhere.
