    The money was taken out of my bank account right away but I never received my merchandise!!! Is this Company for real or a fraud?? Seriously. I have tried every phone number that the internet has posted to no avail. Next step, authorities. I did not spend very much money (Thank God) but I live on a low income, as I am disabled and every penny counts, and I bought a blouse for Thanksgiving which of course I NEVER received. Not only was that disappointing, but, I don’t have money too throw away nor do I appreciate people who rip people off rich or poor!!!

      I ordered a shirt for Christmas and never received it but they too my money. At the same time I ordered a Christmas dress and paid 2 day shipping and basically received a rag of a dress 14 days later and again of course they took my money. They don’t even leave a return option. I as well have very little money and a family to take care of. please let me know if someone found a way to get these situations resolved. If not, I will have to resort to spreading the word what a rip off BS company this is.

        I called my bank and told them that I placed an order with Dress Lily and was told that I might be charged 3 or 4 times for the same purchase because I couldn’t complete my transaction. My bank told me not to worry because after reading all the bad reviewed I had every reason to be suspicious about this company..They told me to call the bank back in a few days to see if Dress lily had taken any money out of my account and if so, they would replace all charges to me and then go after Dresslily. I sure hope this help. Please call your because in some cases your bank will refund all your money because of frfraud. Good luck to all of you that have been taken advantage by Dresslily.. PLEASE never have I read so many complaint

        recievied one out of the two t-shirts ORDERED, what a joke looks like it was made for a kid, I wear a lg. in tee’s like them hangin and fitting a little loose, this is like waist high tight-tight. haven’t gotten the other yet. also faulty sewing on front bottom–tring to find out how to return is and get refund.       The same thing happened to me. The clothing would fit a dwarf, even though I ordered XXL and usually only take a L. I only spent $29.49. But might have well thrown it away. My bank says the credit card Company will issue a dispute. I’ll do it, so many people have been scammed by this company. When you try to get the warranted return the site doesn’t accept the security code. Chat doesn’t work, phone # doesn’t work . Complete scam.

    This company is rotton to the core. As most of you my money was taken but no product. They are probably laughing laughing at all of us but, won’t be for long!!! You picked the WRONG ONE here. All of you must first contact your banks and inform them of the “theft”. Because it is. They entered into an agreement with all of us. Took finances for tangible products that were not supplied to the customer therefore it’s a fraudulent agreement which is on top of it punitive all grounds for re-embursment at the LEAST. Tell your banks they will return your money then go after Dredd Lily. I will start the class action you’ll all be informed and updated. I will not tolerate this type of thievery so Dress Lily cover your backs we’re coming legally for our money. What you’ve gotten away with so far will no longer continue….

    I purchased a few items from dress lily and when i received the items i was so disappointed I hate to use any verbs or adjectives to describe the image of this company….I ordered a few shirts and a pair of shoes, the shirts look like they where made for dolls or small kids and the shoes were about three times bigger than the size ordered.. I’ve tried to contact Dress Lily Company but all my efforts have been negative.

    I ordered 1 top on 12/31/2015 and here it is 2/18/2016 almost 2 months later and the only thing I have to show for it is the bank statement showing their payment. They say it shipped on 1/21/2016 but it must be invisible because I haven’t seen it yet. Sucks too because it was a damn cute shirt.

    I order a wig. Money was taken out same time. Month later I had not received it. Week later A wig showed up in my mail box exact difference than what I ordered.looks like a bowl hair cut. I ordered human hair brown with highlites.     This company is like the BAD NEWS BEARS! I ordered a wig. I did receive it but it was not at all like it was shown on their web site. I have left two messages on how to return the wig and have never received a call back. Guess I’m stuck with it and not satisfied with it like so many other shoppers have been from the reviews.     I ordered a dress on sale. They were NOT sold out when I purchased my order. I have tried speaking to “help”. I have said I would like the dress I ordered, not another one! Or I want my money back. I am leaning more towards want my money put back in my bank account, NOT receive “points”! I will never order from this site again, so why would I need any points.

    I had the same type of problems I’m taking it to my bank/ credit card to investigate. they will issue a fraud report. If we all do this, oerhaps we will put them out of business. The only thing that fitted were the earrings!!!

    this co is a fraud the phone numbers don’t work, they don’t send merchandise after months, and when they say they will refund they put in there account called a wallet. I want my money back and there is not way to contact them, as there forms don’t work at all.

    I have a small boutique…………..I ordered a few things just to see what they are all about………………….I ordered my items on March 19th 2016………….got an email saying my payment was received. Wow took my money fast…………………………where is my order. You cant even call or email them!!! this is a bunch of BS!!!

    I placed an order with them back on March 8th got confirmation that my order has been placed and payment has been received here it is April 5th and I still have yet to receive my order and there is no way to contact these people!!! So I took it into my own hands and contacted my bank they issued me back my refund to my account and they also put in a claim on my behalf to look into this website I believe it is fraudulent and no one should ever order from this website again!!! I hope by me putting in a claim to my bank and then doing their investigation this will come to an end I have read different comments on here that are really heartbreaking as people spend our hard-earned what little money we get to be ripped off?!?! I dont think so! And if I have anything to do with it it will come to an end! Frauds!!!!

    This really is absolute BS. I ordered a beautiful dress and yesterday it finally arrived. I was so excited I opened it right away and my mother and I first were sick from the smell it gave off. Do you people soak your clothing diesel fuel? Way strong and nauseating. Also there is no way this dress is an extra large adult. More like XS small with an XL tag sewn on. I barely got an arm through the sleeve. I want my money and I’m never ever ordering from this company again.

    Dressily is the worst shop-online site i ever met.
    More than 1 month to have the merchandize and nothing corrisponded.
    The size and the article are all different from the pictures on the site and they are horrible. I understand that all the pictures they put on the site are taken from internet photos of other sites and then they try to reproduce the things but they can’t, of course, since the are Chinese and they reproduce the thing in a way not refind. all Shit!!!!

    I placed an order on 11/14/2016 and I had to call on 11/26th to see when the order# : L1611142351039275 was being shipped. The order was shipped the next day, but there is not tracking information pertaining to the order. It has been 22 days and counting. They have took the money out of my account. I want my money or my order this is ridiculous. I definitely will not be ordering from them again and after seeing the reviews, This is crazy this is definitely not how you handle business at all.

    I ordered 4 pillows on Nov. 28. They took my money from my account and I haven’t seen pillow 1 !!!! The phone number doesn’t work. They’re online chat is never online. No way to track order. For a week now, it says it’s been packed. Glad I only spent $19. This is ridiculous! We need to send Trump over to China to put these people out of business!!!

    I feel terrible for all of the people that never received their clothes, but not every manufacturer on the website is out to scam people because I received almost all of my products extremely fast! I ordered 7 things and am waiting on just one scarf that still needs to be shipped out. Everything arrived in no more than two weeks, and I was shocked to find that it’s actually good quality and it fits extremely well. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered, but now I’m actually thrilled I placed the order because I’m so happy with my shirts and scarves. Good luck to everyone else!

    Yeah I order a jacket and it was 37 dollars and I waited bout a week or two well I emailed them thinking I could either get my money back or exchanged with they said I could do both so I exchanged cause when I would receive my money it would have been two weeks well when I exchange I never got that nor half of my money cause it wasn’t all 37 dollars so I’m just hope you had fun with 37 dollars since I can’t get nobody of the phone 37 dollars went down the drain

    Do not use this business, they take your money, then say that they have no stock, only when you chase the item up, then they refuse to refund you and instead give you a credit not FFS.
    Totally unreliable and impossible to actually discuss with anyone, only get automated replies to emails.
    Scam business.
