    I have tried to call 855-912-7291 but it keeps telling me office hours are from 9 am till 6 pm Eastern Standard I am calling from Pa. and it is noe11:48 am. Ordering a case and it won’t confirm and check out. Please call me at 570-645-7328.

    I received someone else’s caseable,it is the same size as mine ,it is for a Fire HD10. The bar code on back is 14600000012358. Has a photo of two dogs and says. VAL’ s HD.
    Please instruct on were to send or if person is in same area how to get their case to them.

    I had bought a tablet at qvc,I was given a free gift for buying this tablet nevertheless the code which I had enter came back as not valid.I had tried to reach you by e-mail without sucess.I did reach QVC again.They are working to get me another code.I have chosen my cover but I am waiting for the code.     I’m still waiting for my order. I also ordered the special on QVC. They also gave me the wrong code. I did receive another code and reordered but still haven’t received the case. I’m not happy with this company or QVC.

    I’m adding my comment to everyone else’s with the same problem, where is my 2 cases? I received my Fire tablet for Christmas and ordered my case on December 26th as yet have not received. It feels as though this company made deals with QVC and HSN for cases and Caseables is not holding their end of the deal. Hope I’m wrong, but it sure doesn’t look that way, I will never order anything from them again, seems like they have many upset customers right now. I will be contacting hsn to complain about variables not honoring their deal with them.

    I ordered two cases on Dec 25–one for an Amazon Fire 7 and one for an Amazon Fire HD 10. I bought these from QVC for Christmas gifts and these covers were supposed to be free. It is now Jan 10 and I have not received the covers. Could you please contact me. I do have the order numbers.

    I order a case for my amazon kindle HD fire table 3 weeks ago and have not received it.Talked to QVC they tole me that caseable did not have a contact phone number.This should tell you a lot about OVC and caseable.I will not order anything else from QVC.

    We ordered our caseables over 2 weeks ago and have received nothing, not even a confirmation!! Do have order number (not going to put out here) but, no tracking number so, unable to tract on my own. The hassle we had putting in an order and now this, it’s absolute bs. Deal with Amazon, Caseables, and QVC again, I think not. Too bad, we don’t spend a fortune with any one of mentioned parties but, we do spend.

    Ordered free case from QVC special Amazon 10″ tablet with code inside package. I received a confirmation that the case was shipped. I never received the case. I ordered a case from Amazon and received in 2 days. I called QVC and explained the situation with Caseable. QVC said they would $20.00 to my account. I think this Caseable may be a very questionable company and their web site removed.
